We offer an aggressive marketing niche touting the services of an attorney/ broker hoping to capitalize on higher end listings and sophisticated clients. We offer a virtual office experience to meet with clients and utilize office equipment at a convenient location. We offer assistance with forms and finding the right loan, appraisal, and other real estate connected professionals to maintain the respect and gratitude of your clients. Finally, we offer professional legal advice and direction on issues that might come up.

If you have ever been sued on a real estate transaction or have a record of discipline or criminal conviction you will not be considered for employment. Interviews and back round checks are mandatory on all our prospective team members. Once you are accepted on our team we offer an annual commission split of 50/50 initially, to cover E&O insurance and overhead up to $5000.00, Once that is achieved, and it can be in one transaction in today’s market, the sky is the limit. The next transaction after the limit is reached jumps to 75/25 your favor. The third is 80/20 or favor. The fourth 90/10. Half of the money produced for the brokerage after the limit is reached is routed into marketing for the company in name recognition or other media mediums. At the end of each year and at the discretion of AJ Specialty properties bonuses may be made as an incentive for continued employment or based on production. The structure is adjustable at the discretion of AJ Specialty Properties Prospectively to cover unknown cost as needed or to maintain profitability.

Each agent is considered an at will independent contractor, however, worker’s compensation and errors and omissions insurance will be maintained at all times when associated with AJ Specialty Properties on an annual basis.
